About one year ago I read a small book named "Loneliness Dialectic". The content influenced me in a strange way that I happened to face every line of this book in my real life since 5 months ago...
The book made this belief in me :
I have to face my loneliness, after facing and knowing it you choose other steps based on pure love not fear.

How many of your decisions is based on your real interest? real wants ...? and
how many based on your buried fears ... ?

I would say, many of our real interests originates from buried fears. As a simple example, when you want to be rich, you are afraid of being poor and when you like to be educated, the reason is that unknowns make you feel fear. Even pure love originates from our fear. In love you are looking for something to be with you to fight with your never-ending fears. Life starts with fear, when human wants to come into a new world, and ends with a sort of fear against death (something which we don't know what it is).

As Leonard Cohen said: "You know who I am; you've looked at the stars..."
Life passes by in a coffee cup. You see interesting people pass as you look into the froth. What message is shown there? Whose eyes do you see when you look across that coffee? Who is the friend that is sitting there with you?
You can banish fears simply by saying to yourself "nothing frightens me". And don't let it. To live in fear is to waste your life: live in hope instead.
It also works with tea...

Maziar: Please explain for us more about Deepak Chopra Program...

Behzad: I believe life starts with LOVE not fear...You born because your parents loved each other...
This is us that creates fears...
Uncertainty of this life may scare us....
But the point is that instead of fear we have to be so excited to discover this uncertainty. Not afraid of...

Interesting question... who is behind these eyes?? connect with that...:)
And sometimes nothing can replaced by tea for me ..

I see the twin eyes of the universe - the Sun and the Moon.
I see your angel who always sits with you, over coffee or tea.
I see so many different faces, but in all of them I see you.

Sometimes age I was thinking about the concept of fear in darkness. I saw a little boy who was afraid of being in darkness. I was thinking if it was an instinct or something which was educated by others. For many reasons fear in darkness is an instinct (it needs more discussion). It means "fear" is not educated by others and child has it always inside. The conclusion is that we can not ignore the role of our never-ending fears (which is an instinct) in our life because always we are carrying it.

Behzad: Even in a dark...when you turn on the light you will see the reality and how much our fear was faked...
I mean the fear in our inside is like we are in a dark room...
But someone has to turn the light on .... who do you think is the best?

ourselves
